Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland,
Wales, and Northern Ireland) and to Ireland.

Free Delivery
We offer free shipping for orders of £60 or over for UK addresses. Delivery for
products under £60 is subject to a £5 delivery charge (does not apply to
Ireland).

Collections
We don't offer the option to collect your parcel from our warehouse or any
other location. Your orders must all be directly shipped to an address.

Returns
We don't offer returns due to sanitation and risk of contamination for both our
safety and other customers. If your product arrives, and there's a defect on
the product, please contact Royal Mail first as they are our only courier.
Otherwise, contact us and we'll see if we can sort the issue for you.

Damaged products
We don't send damaged products out or products that are at risk of spilling or
breaking as we are very careful with appropriate packaging. However, in rare
cases, products do arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us
directly and we'll begin a correspondence with Royal Mail with you and we
shall move forward to resolve the issue.

Issues with product quality
If you feel you have any issues with the products sent, just email us and we'll
try to solve them for you. For anything else, please email us.
